ALL ACCOUNTS/UNCLAIMED DRAFTS
In accordance with sections #167 (1) and #168 (4) of the Banking Act No 3 of 2015, all accounts/unclaimed drafts in the attached listing (click here for listing) are deemed Abandoned Property and if not claimed by the account holder within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this notice, shall be delivered to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).
