How can I redeem my points?
In the [My Rewards] portal, select your desired reward option, e.g. travel experience (flight, hotel, car rental & destination services), click the “Pay Now” button, and choose the number of points to redeem.
Can I combine my points to make purchases?
Yes. You can make single or split payments using points and your BOSL Visa Credit Card.
Will my points expire?
There is a mandatory redemption period for points of three years.
Can I use my points to purchase anything?
The points can be used to purchase items available on the [My Rewards] portal.
Is there a minimum number of redeemable points?
No there is no minimum number. This is one of the key benefits of [My Rewards].
Can I redeem my points for cash?
This option is not available with [My Rewards].
Can I use my points to make payments to my card?
Currently, this option is not available with [My Rewards].
Do I get points for my present balance?
Points are earned solely by making purchases using your BOSL Visa Credit Card.

If points are earned from a fraudulent transaction and I am refunded thereafter; will the points be deducted after the refund is received?
Yes. Points are earned solely through legitimate purchase activity.
